SDM-ZS is a series, special for sand maker, developed by HebeiXinsida, whose mounting dimension and power level both meet standards of IEC60072.1 while efficiency indexes meet requirements in IEC60034-30 and GB18613-2012. The motor can be energized by a frequency converter, making it more energy-saving and more convenient to control.
Characteristics:
In consideration of the requirement from sand maker on a motor, i.e. the motor shaft extension shall be able to bear a big radial force and a big axial force, and the motor has a big starting torque, a big overload capacity, a long braking time and frequent starts, we take into consideration the following when designing and manufacturing the series.
1. The professional electromagnetic design gives the series many advantages: high starting torque, strong overload capacity, stable speed adjustment and reliable operation.
2. The insulation structure special for the series with grade F and after continuous vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI) and the professional iron core manufacturing technology ensure the series a longer service life, a strong overload capacity and a strong rotor locking capacity.
3. The design with a protection class of IP55/IP65 enables the motor operate reliably even in a rugged environment.
4. The professional processing center and its professional technology for heating processing ensure machined parts to be used in the motor a longer fatigue life.
5. Nonstop greasing can guarantee a timely lubrication for bears in the motor, giving it a longer service life.
6. The professional air duct design makes the motor operates in lower temperature and more reliably.
Note: The motor's standard design ratings are 380V, 50Hz, and we can design the ones with other rated voltage and frequency values (e.g. 400V, 415V, 420V, 440V, 480V, 60Hz). Its standard mounting type is designed into B3, and we can design motors with other structures, e.g. B35, V1, B5, V3 and V15.
